Independent medical access & coordination
About MedRoute Global
MedRoute Global helps international patients navigate information, hospital access channels and practical coordination when they are considering medical care in China.
The access problem we work on
A patient may need to understand which department to contact, what records to prepare, how an institution handles international inquiries and what to confirm about payment, language and follow-up. These details are often institution-specific and can be difficult to coordinate from abroad.
Our role
We organize patient inquiries and help coordinate communication around possible access routes. Support is administrative and coordination-focused, subject to the patient's authorization and the actual availability of a provider pathway.
Clinical care stays with licensed providers
Hospitals and licensed healthcare professionals assess the patient's condition, determine clinical suitability, recommend or provide treatment, and confirm medical charges. MedRoute does not replace them or guarantee that a hospital will accept a case.
How we aim to work
- Explain the next step and who is responsible for it.
- Keep hospital and coordination charges distinct.
- Use sourced access information and confirm case-specific details with the provider.
- Handle patient records only for the requested purpose and with appropriate authorization.
Explore your next step
Share the information you have. A case submission is an inquiry and does not guarantee hospital acceptance, a clinical opinion, an appointment or a price.
MedRoute provides access and coordination support. It does not diagnose conditions or replace licensed medical professionals.
