MedRoute Global · Professional partnerships
MedRoute Global gives healthcare providers, facilitators and assistance teams one structured China-side workflow for case preparation, hospital matching and ongoing coordination.
You keep the patient relationship. We organize the China-side access process and keep your team informed through the agreed communication model.
Our role
Accessing healthcare in China can involve multiple hospitals, departments, registration systems and international patient procedures. MedRoute Global provides a structured coordination layer between overseas partners and suitable medical institutions in China.
Our role may include:
Who we work with
We work with organizations that already support patients and need a dependable China-side coordination layer.
Clinics, physicians and medical organizations seeking additional treatment or specialist pathways for patients in China.
Organizations supporting patients who travel internationally for medical treatment.
Patient-service organizations that need reliable China-side medical coordination.
Teams managing cross-border medical cases, assistance services or treatment coordination.
Companies and healthcare programs arranging specialist access for employees or members.

Discuss partnershipWhy partners use MedRoute
Partners do not need to build individual relationships with multiple hospitals and departments independently. MedRoute provides a centralized China-side workflow.
Evaluate pathways across Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other relevant medical centers.
Organize medical information before hospital submission to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
Consider medical needs, treatment objectives, relevant departments and international patient access.
Communicate with MedRoute instead of coordinating separately with multiple institutions.
Clarify key medical and operational questions before the patient travels whenever possible.
Partner workflow
Every referred case receives a clear status, an agreed next action and a partner-visible communication path.
Share patient information, diagnosis, treatment objective and available records. A unique MedRoute Case ID is created.
We check case readiness, organize the information and flag the next record or clarification needed.
We evaluate relevant hospitals and departments using the condition, specialty, capability and international access requirements.
Where available, the case is submitted through the appropriate hospital, international department or authorized medical contact.
We organize hospital feedback, possible consultation or treatment pathways and available cost information for the patient decision.
If the patient proceeds, we coordinate appointments, registration, documentation and other pre-arrival requirements.
The partner receives structured updates about status, open questions and agreed next actions through the agreed channel.
Possible hospital feedback may include additional records, a second opinion, remote or in-person consultation, additional diagnostic testing, treatment evaluation or an admission pathway.
Responsibility model
The right handoff protects the patient, the referring relationship and the clinical team.
MedRoute does not replace the treating hospital or physician.
Case visibility
Each referred patient receives a MedRoute Case ID. During the MVP stage, updates can be delivered through email, WhatsApp or the agreed partner communication channel.
A dedicated Partner Portal can be introduced later after sufficient referral volume exists.
Partner-visible status updates
Commercial cooperation
Commercial arrangements depend on the partner type, patient workflow and services actually provided.
Defined case preparation and coordination services paid by the patient or referring organization.
A separate service for additional China-side coordination after a patient decides to proceed.
A tailored agreement for organizations with recurring patient volume and defined service levels.
Custom workflows, reporting and billing arrangements for high-volume partners, insurers and assistance companies.
Important principle
Hospital charges and MedRoute service charges should be clearly distinguished. Any referral-based compensation, revenue sharing or healthcare-related commission arrangement should be reviewed for regulatory, contractual and ethical compliance before implementation.
Patient ownership & communication
The operating model should be agreed before the first case is processed. The default B2B model prioritizes transparency and avoids bypassing the referring partner.
Agree who:
Owns the primary patient contact, explains MedRoute services, collects records, receives updates, communicates directly with the patient, issues invoices and manages follow-up.
Choose the appropriate workflow
The partner remains the primary contact while MedRoute mainly communicates through the partner. Suitable for established facilitators and agencies.
The partner manages the overseas relationship while MedRoute manages China-side access. This is the preferred standard model for many partners.
The partner introduces the patient and authorizes direct MedRoute coordination when the referring organization does not provide ongoing support.
The communication model should be agreed before sensitive patient information is transferred.
Partner application
Tell us about your organization, markets and the patient workflow you want to build in China.
We will review your organization and follow up to discuss patient referral workflow, specialties, communication structure, commercial arrangements and patient authorization requirements.
For patient privacy, please do not include sensitive medical records in this application.
