One standard translation page is up to 300 source-language words. Urgent scheduling does not guarantee hospital or doctor availability and is not for emergencies. All add-ons require quotation and patient authorization before charges are incurred.
Payment & Refund Information
- Initial case screening is free. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a paid service.
- Paid coordination starts only after you receive and accept a written quotation and service agreement describing the scope, deliverables, fees, and applicable payment and cancellation terms.
- Hospital and clinician charges are separate from MedRoute fees and are normally paid directly to the provider under its payment arrangements.
- Optional third-party charges and additional services require disclosure and your written approval before they are incurred.
- Cancellation and refund questions are handled under the applicable written agreement and law. Ask for a written explanation of completed work, unperformed work, and any third-party charges.

What's Not Included
MedRoute's coordination fees do not include hospital consultations, diagnostic tests, medication, surgery, hospitalization, physician fees, flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, or independent third-party charges unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Patients normally pay clinical charges directly to the relevant medical institution or clinician, subject to the institution's payment arrangements. Optional third-party costs require your authorization before they are incurred. No hidden fees or undisclosed medical-cost markups.
How Payment Works
- Initial case screening is free.
- Paid work starts only after you receive and accept a written scope and quotation.
- Any agreed milestone payment schedule is shown in writing.
- Hospital fees are separate from MedRoute coordination fees.
- Extra costs require your prior written approval.
Cancellation and Refund Transparency
This is proposed patient-protection language pending business and legal approval. Any applicable cancellation and refund calculation must be stated in the accepted written service agreement and follow applicable law. Third-party charges that are independently incurred and non-refundable must be disclosed and authorized before commitment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the initial screening really free?
Yes. The initial 10–15 minute inquiry discussion and basic coordination screening are free. It does not include diagnosis, specialist consultation or guaranteed hospital acceptance.
Are hospital and doctor fees included?
No. Clinical charges are separate and are paid to the relevant institution or clinician under that provider's payment arrangements.
Can I buy only one day of escort service?
Bilingual escort add-ons are available by quotation, subject to staffing and schedule confirmation.
What happens if the hospital does not accept my case?
Acceptance is decided by the hospital. MedRoute can explain administrative next steps within the written scope, but cannot guarantee acceptance.
Are specialist opinions guaranteed?
No. Any remote consultation or professional medical opinion depends on institution availability and acceptance and may involve separate clinical fees.
How are extra service hours billed?
Additional hours or services require a quotation and your authorization before charges are incurred.
What if my surgery is postponed?
We will review schedule changes and any requested coordination changes individually. Hospital availability and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Can I use my international health insurance?
Please confirm coverage, preauthorization and direct-payment arrangements with your insurer and medical provider. MedRoute fees are separate.
Can I choose human medical interpretation?
Qualified medical interpretation can be quoted where available. Interpretation does not replace a physician's explanation or required informed-consent procedures.
Can I cancel or change my coordination plan?
Changes and cancellation are handled under the agreed written scope and applicable law. Any disclosed non-refundable third-party charges are identified separately.
