Terms of Use

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information that is accurate enough for us to respond to your inquiry. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the inquiry form or request our coordination services.

What MedRoute Global provides

MedRoute Global is an independent medical access and coordination service. Depending on the case and agreed scope, we may help organize medical records, identify appropriate institutions, coordinate communication and appointments, and support travel, interpretation and follow-up logistics.

We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment or emergency care. Clinical decisions are made by licensed medical professionals and medical institutions. A preliminary discussion or referral does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a diagnosis, a treatment result or a particular cost.

Inquiries and case information

Please do not use this website for urgent medical needs. You may upload available medical records through the dedicated case form, but do not upload a passport during the initial submission. We may request additional identity or clinical documents later through an approved process when they are operationally necessary.

An initial inquiry is free. Submitting an inquiry or medical information does not create a paid service commitment. Paid coordination requires a written quotation and service agreement accepted by the patient.

Third-party providers

Hospitals, physicians, interpreters, travel providers and other institutions are independent third parties. Their own terms, fees, privacy practices, schedules and professional decisions apply. We can coordinate communication, but we do not control their services or clinical decisions.

Fees and agreed scope

Published prices are USD coordination service fees only. Hospital and clinician fees, travel, lodging, interpretation unless expressly included, and other third-party charges are separate. Before payment, MedRoute will provide a written service order confirming the selected scope, service period, deliverables, exclusions or extra fees, payment milestones and cancellation or refund terms. The written service order governs case-specific details if they differ from this general website description.

Any optional third-party cost must be disclosed and authorized before it is incurred. Additional services require a written scope, price and patient authorization recorded in the service agreement or a written amendment; no retrospective or unauthorized fees apply. Hospital or clinician charges are normally paid directly to the provider under its payment arrangements. MedRoute does not add hidden fees or undisclosed medical-cost markups.

Any milestone schedule and cancellation or refund terms applicable to a service must be stated in the written service agreement. Cancellation accounting should distinguish completed work, unperformed work and any third-party charges disclosed and authorized in advance. Provider availability, hospital acceptance, clinical decisions and treatment outcomes are not guaranteed.

Patient medical records and documents

Patients retain control over their medical information and are entitled to request and receive copies of their hospital invoices, medical reports, diagnostic images and other available treatment records, subject to the relevant hospital's release procedures and applicable law. Patients may request hospital documents directly from the medical institution where available. MedRoute does not own clinical records and cannot independently compel a hospital to release them.

MedRoute will not withhold patient medical information solely because a coordination payment is disputed. Patient authorization is required for sharing records with third parties where applicable. Existing privacy, security and consent requirements remain in force.
