What this policy covers

MedRoute Global provides independent medical access and coordination support for people considering medical care in China. This policy explains the information we may receive through this website and how it is used to assess cases and coordinate services.

Information you may provide

The case form may ask for the patient's name, date of birth, gender, nationality, country of residence, preferred language, email, phone or WhatsApp number, medical condition, treatment goal, insurance status and available medical records. Passport details are not required at the initial stage and should only be provided later if operationally necessary.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and understand the coordination support you are requesting.
  • To communicate about suitable medical institutions, appointments, travel logistics and follow-up coordination.
  • To communicate with healthcare or service partners only when needed for the agreed coordination scope and with appropriate authorization.
  • To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain records needed to manage an inquiry.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with relevant medical institutions, healthcare professionals, interpreters, travel providers or other service partners when that sharing is necessary for the requested coordination and is authorized or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Medical records are stored in private storage with controlled access and retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and security.
